Dr. Roy Crowther, Ph.D., P.Biol., R.P.Biol. leads this group providing aquatic ecology and resource management planning since 1970. Roy has provided his extensive expertise to assess the impact of numerous and varied mining, oil and gas, hydro and thermal power developments on the resources of lake and river systems, and in the design of water resource management and/or mitigation programs for private industry and government agencies. We can provide expert testimony before regulatory agencies and court proceedings, provide regulatory compliance and application review for government agencies and assist in public policy development and planning. In addition, we can act as an advisor and consultant on numerous First Nations related projects.
